Mountain View Motel Accommodation, Lake Taupo
Our 2-storey units have 2 bedrooms and a shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs is the kitchen, dining and lounge area, which opens out on to the balcony. With extra beds in the lounge, some of the units can sleep up to 7. There is a ground-floor 2-bedroom unit with a private lawn area at the rear complete with BBQ. Three of our studio units are groundfloor and 1 studio is upstairs with a balcony. There is bike storage and free off-street parking available.
Studio Unit
Ground-floor studio unit. Short walk to main Taupo central shopping area and the lakefront via grass reserve by the fire station. Equipped with microwave, tea/coffee and toast-making facilities.
2nd-Floor Studio Unit
2nd floor, large, spacious studio unit with views of the lake and mountains from the balcony. This unit is equipped with a microwave and tea/coffee and toast-making facilities.
Ground-Floor 1-Bedroom Unit
Ground-floor 1-bedroom unit. Short walk to the main Taupo central shopping area and lakefront via grass reserve by the fire station.
Ground-Floor 2-Bedroom Unit
Ground-floor 2-bedroom unit with private grassed courtyard. Full kitchen facilities including an oven. Car parking directly outside the unit.
2nd-Floor 2-Bedroom Unit
2nd-floor 2-bedroom unit with lake and mountain views from the dining table. Full kitchen facilities.
2-Storey 2-Bedroom Unit
Ground-floor bedrooms and shower room. Upstairs kitchen/dining/lounge area opening out on to the balcony with views of the lake and mountains.
There are three different bed configurations available:
- 1 x queen-size and 1 x twin bed downstairs, 1 x single bed upstairs in lounge
- 1 x queen-size and 1 x twin bed downstairs, 2 x single beds upstairs in lounge
- 1 x queen-size, 1 x bunk bed and 1 x single bed downstairs, 2 x single beds upstairs in lounge
